  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • Business Days: Our standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the day the order ships.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days from the day the order ships.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12 PM PST and typically arrives the next business day.

Note: All shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping to California

As a California-based company, we offer fast, reliable shipping throughout the state. For most orders within California, delivery will occur within 1–3 business days.


4. Shipping Outside of California

We also ship to other states within the U.S. and internationally. Delivery times for out-of-state and international orders will vary depending on the destination.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically ship via USPS, or UPS depending on your chosen shipping method. Delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Shipping times and rates will depend on your country. You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us to inquire about potential shipping options.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or through the tracking link provided.


7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that certain factors may cause delays that are outside of our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High order volume

If your order is delayed, we will provide updates and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@calisteam.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with filing a claim and issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
