At Cali Steam LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our detailed Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging, with tags (if applicable) still attached.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
- Opened or used health and beauty products (if applicable)
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@calisteam.com or call us at (310) 994-8327 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your items.

Packaging Your Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if available). Ensure that the return label, RMA number, and any required documentation are included.

Shipping Your Return: Once your return is authorized, send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For credit/debit card payments, the refund may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees unless the return is for non-defective items that are opened or damaged due to customer error. In such cases, we may deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
- Partial Refunds: If the item(s) are returned in a condition that is not in line with our return policy (i.e., damaged or used), we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return entirely.
4. Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds, not direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you with a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item(s)
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
Once we receive your claim, we will provide you with a return shipping label for the defective item(s) at no cost to you. We will then issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional charge.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to your address. However, we will work with you to track down lost packages or assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you believe your package is missing or was stolen.
7. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund your full purchase amount.
- Subscription Cancellations: If you subscribed to a product or service, please refer to the specific terms for subscription cancellations on the product page or contact us for assistance.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-defective Returns: If you are returning items for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
9. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Alternatively, we can provide store credit or an exchange for the item.
