When will my order ship?

Cali Steam begins processing orders immediately as they are received. Orders typically leave our warehouse 1-2 business days from when the order is received unless otherwise noted on our website.

How does free shipping work?

If your order qualifies for free shipping we use USPS First Class. Once your products are delivered to USPS we are not responsible for lost or delayed goods. Please contact us at info@calisteam.com should there be an issue with your order.

What if I put the wrong nicotine level on my order?

Cali Steam is not responsible for orders as they are placed on the website. All sales are considered final. You may email Cali Steam at info@calisteam.com to try and correct an order if it already hasn't been shipped.
