If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@calisteam.com or call us at (714) 912-6046 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your items.

  3. Packaging Your Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if available). Ensure that the return label, RMA number, and any required documentation are included.

  4. Shipping Your Return: Once your return is authorized, send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

We currently only offer refunds, not direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you with a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

Once we receive your claim, we will provide you with a return shipping label for the defective item(s) at no cost to you. We will then issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional charge.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to your address. However, we will work with you to track down lost packages or assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you believe your package is missing or was stolen.
