Exchange Policy

Cali Steam does not offer refunds for purchased products. Sales are considered final on date of purchase. In the event items are damaged during shipping, Cali Steam will offer an exchange of those products. If items are received damaged the following instructions should be followed within 72 hours of receipt.

  1. Email info@calisteam.com to report the goods that were damaged. A detailed listing of the damaged goods should be included along with a visual documentation of the damages. The original invoice of purchase should also be included in the documentation.

  2. Cali Steam will assume responsibility of shipping replacement products. The replacement amount is limited to the cost of the original order or the amount of the damaged goods.

  3. Upon receipt of proper documentation Cali Steam will issue a replacement of the damaged products. No substitutions will be granted.
